Peter Wall: founder and lead consultant
Peter has more than thirty years’ experience working in a really diverse range of roles, and has been operating as an executive coach and leadership and organisation development specialist for the last fifteen of those.
He knows what it’s like to wrestle with big leadership dilemmas in complex organisations. He’s led large teams, managed significant budgets, delivered complex projects, and facilitated major organisational change.
As a prime example, he was the programme leader of the organisational change process that ultimately resulted in Jaguar Land Rover winning the Outstanding Workplace of the Year category at the 2006 National Business Awards.
The first-hand experience he’s gained from adapting to and thriving in a large range of different organisational styles and cultures, and working across organisational and national boundaries, has equipped him with really powerful insights into the practical realities of cross-cultural and collaborative working.
His own collaborative partnerships with other leadership and organsiation development specialists - and in particular with his former colleagues from his time at The Work Foundation - enable him to draw upon and share an in-depth understanding of current and emerging leadership thinking and practice from multiple different perspectives
He is called upon regularly to help leaders and team members of recently merged or freshly-collaborating organisations/teams to clarify their mutual aims and enhance individual and collective performance.
He has supported leadership and organisation development interventions in countries as varied as the USA, Thailand, Russia, Hong Kong and Qatar, and has designed and delivered coaching skills programmes, from introductory through to advanced level, in Germany and Sweden as well as the UK.
